Case: Both bone leg fracture

This is a case that was presented to us in our hospital


this is a 41yrs old female, came complaining of right leg pain after history of motor cycle accident, she densie any prior medical or surgical history


Focused physical examination of the right leg demonstrates a wound noted over the anteromedial aspect of the right tibia, measures roughly 3 to 4 cm with exposed bone. No gross debris present. Compartments are soft and compressible. 5/5 EHL/DF/PF. SILT sa/su/sp/dp/t. 2+ PT/DP







After full optimization of the paitent, paitent was planned for CRIF for both tibia and fibula




Paitent started to bear weight day 1 post operative, and now he came to our clinic after 1 month from his surgery





Paitent was doing well except from his complain of anterior leg pain
